Family Camp FAQ’s

1. Will my family have to wear a mask?
No. Only NorthBay staff will be required to wear a mask while on camp, but it is recommended that everyone wear face coverings inside our indoor facilities.

2. Will we be sharing a cabin with other families?
No, families will be assigned private accommodations complete with their own bathroom, which will be sanitized between each reservation.

3. Will there be a schedule or limited time frame for everything?
We will be producing a daily schedule of the activities that will be running. Some activities will be weather dependent. 

4. What happens if the weather turns bad during my visit?
We still operate in rain, but in severe weather (thunder and lightning) we may shut down some activities for a time period as the storm passes or perhaps the remainder of the day.  Our gym and game rooms will still remain open for use during this time. Refunds will not be issued.

5. What are the restrictions for your adventure elements?
For the safety of our guests, children under 5 years old are not permitted on the adventure elements. Both the dry and wet zipline have a max weight capacity of 250lbs, and the giant swing has a max capacity of 275lbs.

6. What is included in the linens package?
1 fitted & 1 flat sheet, 1 pillow case, 1 blanket, and 1 bath towel.





7. Will there be team building activities for my family to participate in?
There will be education lead activities daily as well as the adventure elements.

8. Can we bring our bikes?
Unfortunately there are no bike paths on camp, more of hiking trails.

9. Can I bring my dog?
No, Unfortunately we do not allow pets (only documented service animals).

10. What are the meals like?
Breakfast and Lunch  will be ‘grab & go’. Dinner’s will be family style.

11. Do you cater to food allergies?
Yes, please note them on your registration form. If your allergy is severe then recommend bringing food the supplement anything that we are not able to accommodate.

12. What is the age limit for a day visitor to not be accompanied by an adult?
No child care will be provided, age 18 if the limit for attending without a parent or legal guardian.

13. What is the age limit to rent a Cabin, Roost Room or Guest House?
21 years of age.
